Julie Martin has been in real estate since 1996 and brings nearly a decade of escrow experience to her role as Escrow Officer and Manager at Blue Water Escrow. Her career began in property management before moving into residential sales, where she founded The Martin Group, a real estate and mortgage company. In 2016, she transitioned to escrow to continue her real estate passion while maintaining a balanced family life. Known for her communication, attention to detail, and broad knowledge of sales and lending, Julie ensures each transaction is smooth and stress-free. A recipient of multiple industry awards, she’s built her career on trust and client care. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, yoga, traveling, reading, and volunteering with FAM in San Clemente.

Jennifer Walsh launched her real estate career in 2005 in title insurance before transitioning to escrow in 2008, where she quickly advanced to the role of escrow officer. Since 2015, she has been a valued member of the Blue Water Escrow team, recognized for her expertise and commitment to clients. Beyond the office, Jennifer is an avid athlete with a love for ice hockey, running, and mountain biking. She also channels her energy into giving back, regularly participating in charity events such as Bike MS, Breast Cancer Awareness rides, and initiatives through the Mark Reynolds Foundation.
